Lunelli Carapace Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG 2017 (Case)
This powerful red wine from Italy is made from the Sagrantino grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
