Casa Rojo, MMM Macho Man Monastrel Jumilla, (Case)
MMM – Macho Man Monastrell is a red oak Jumilla, fruity, balanced, round and with a long finish, is the perfect choice to pair any gastronomic celebration with friends. A Red Wine made from Monastrell grape vineyards of La Raja, between the mountains of the stack and the Carche in Jumilla wine area. The delicate Monastrell grape vintage is manually harvested in small boxes, with traditional winemaking and 5 months aging in French oak barrels. Beautiful red in colour with violet hues typical of the Monastrell variety. On the nose it is fruity with toasted nuances provided by the short time in oak. In the mouth a balanced acidity, with ripe tannins that make for a fruity long finish.
